For a restoration company, we built a monthly Facebook and Instagram system that drafts the next month’s posts on a schedule. One week in four features a real customer review, quoted word for word and never reworded. Nothing goes out until a person has read it.
Choosing
Picture someone with two names on their phone. A neighbor mentioned one; the other came up in a search. Both websites look fine. So they check. The first business has a handful of reviews from years ago, none answered, and a Facebook page that went quiet long before that. The second has new reviews from the last few weeks, a short reply from the owner under each one, photos of jobs finished this month, and an ad they have already scrolled past twice.
They call the second one. Nobody sold them anything. The decision was made before the phone rang, by everything they could see. Digital Online Presence does social media marketing in Seattle so that your business is the second one.
- Seen before.Your name is already familiar.
- Checked out.Fresh reviews, real replies, recent posts.
- Chosen. The easy choice gets the call.
Trust
What it feels like when people already trust you
Customers say “I’ve seen you around” before you’ve introduced yourself. Your posts and ads have been showing up where they spend their evenings, so the first call feels like the second.
Your reviews do the persuading. A steady run of recent ones, each answered, tells a stranger that real people hire you every month and that someone at your company is paying attention.
And past customers keep you in mind. The family you helped last spring sees your work in their feed and thinks of you when a friend asks who to call.
Reviews
Reviews on Google, and everywhere people check you
Before most people call a business they don’t know, they read its reviews, and on Google those sit right on your Business Profile. A trickle of recent reviews says more than a big pile of old ones. So we help you ask every customer, every time, with one simple link sent when the job is done, the way Google’s own tips for getting more reviews describe.
Every customer means every customer. We won’t ask only the ones we expect to be happy, offer anything in exchange for a review, or write reviews for you. Google’s rules against fake engagement forbid selectively asking for positive reviews or paying for them, and reviews that break those rules are removed. It also backfires: as Google itself puts it, a mix of positive and negative feedback often feels more trustworthy.
Then someone has to answer. We draft a reply to every review, good or bad, in your voice, and you read it before it posts. Google notes that replying shows customers you value their feedback. Whether a customer is in Kent, Burien or the middle of Seattle, they read the same profile, so one well-kept page earns trust across the whole area. Strong reviews also help you show up in the map, which is where this work meets our local SEO for Seattle businesses.
Your feed
Stay in front of the people who already know you
Most of your next customers have already heard of you. They visited your site, follow your page, or live a few streets from a job you did. Social media keeps you in front of them until they need you.
Each month we plan your Facebook and Instagram posts from your real work: jobs you finished, how you do things, a customer’s words quoted exactly as they wrote them. Short video belongs here too, cut to fit each platform. You approve the month before anything goes out.
Paid social does the reaching. Facebook and Instagram ads can show to people in the area you actually serve, and to people who visited your website and left without calling. We judge the ads by calls and form leads, not likes. For law firms we’ve written about Facebook ads for criminal defense lawyers and advertising a family law firm on Facebook.
The work
How we get it running
You keep doing the work; we keep you visible. It starts like this:
- We look at what a stranger sees today:your reviews and replies, your pages and your last few posts.
- We set up one simple way to ask every customer for a review, and start answering every review you get.
- We plan your posts a month at a time, and you approve them before they go out.
- We run ads where they pay their way,and report calls, leads and new reviews each month.
Our work
What we’ve built for real businesses
For a home-services company, we pulled all 39 of its Google reviews and checked the count against Google’s own total. Twenty-six five-star reviews had never been answered, so we drafted a reply to each one.
For a limo company, we cut its homepage film into a Facebook version and an Instagram version for its launch post.

Can you get us more Google reviews?
We can make asking easy and consistent: every customer, the same link, at the moment the job is done. How many reviews come in depends on your customers. We never buy, write or filter reviews.
Can we ask only our happy customers for reviews?
No. Google doesn’t allow businesses to selectively ask for positive reviews, and the FTC’s guidance on asking for and paying for reviews says not to ask only the customers you think will leave positive ones. We ask everyone.
Will you reply to our bad reviews?
Yes, with you. A good reply thanks the customer, gives them a person to talk to and moves the details to a private conversation. We never argue the facts in public, and you read every reply before it posts.
Do we need to post every day?
No. A page that shows real, recent work beats one that posts filler daily. We plan a month at a time and agree on how often you post before we start.
Should we run Facebook ads or Google Ads?
They do different jobs. Google Ads reach people searching for you right now; Facebook and Instagram ads keep you in front of people who know you or live nearby. Here is how we think about social ads, search ads or both.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term contract.
